  1. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount and may be required to prepay future appointments.

  1. LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

If a client arrives significantly late, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment and apply applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees.
